Information and introductory enquiries
This website describes a proposed merchant services business and invites introductory business enquiries. It does not open a merchant account, process payments, hold customer funds, provide a binding quote or create a processing agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not commit either party to purchase or provide services.
Availability and approval
Processing relationships are still being established. OctaMerchant does not currently represent itself as a bank, an acquiring institution, a registered ISO or an approved agent of a named processor. Any future service would require confirmed partners, applicable registrations, underwriting and separate written agreements. Pricing, equipment, integrations, pay-at-pump compatibility and merchant eligibility must be confirmed for each business. No approval, savings, settlement time or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and provide accurate business contact information. Do not interfere with its security, submit spam or impersonate another person. Do not send payment card data, bank account details, Social Security numbers, identification documents, account credentials, medical information or processing statements through the enquiry form or ordinary email.
